We continue to work hard in school both to address the areas for improvement identified by Ofsted and those that we are aware of through our constant monitoring of standards in school.

 

In 2018-19 our School Improvement Plan has three key priorities as shown below...

 

School Improvement Teams and Priorities

Priority 1


Improve outcomes in writing and mathematics by ensuring that all policies and procedures for both subjects are consistently followed

Priority 2


Improve all aspects of reading provision in school encompassing the teaching of reading and the enjoyment of reading.

Priority 3


Further develop the quality of curriculum so that challenges are incorporated throughout the year and the assessment linked to challenge is focused and accurate

Our Governors monitor the impact of School Development Plan as an agenda item within the School Improvement Committee every term and Improvement Team Leaders provide impact reports on a termly basis.
